As they are not ready to accept him yet, he leaves their home and the university. Raghavan then holds the university hostage, demanding the cancelation of Project Milaap. Upon being informed, Ram immediately returns to the university. Before fully entering the hostage situation, he encounters Madhu and apologizes. Knowing what he's about to do, she accepts him as a son.
Accompanying Khan, Ram enters the building, and is subsequently shot by Khan. Ram survives, changes Khan's mind about his allegiances, and proceeds to kill the guards, thus freeing the students. Raghavan shoots Khan dead at point blank range for his betrayal. A fight ensues between Ram and Raghavan and Ram kills Raghavan by removing the safety pin from Raghavan's hand grenade. Lakshman helps Ram escape from the ensuing explosion from aboard a helicopter and the two happily embrace as brothers.
Meanwhile, Project Milaap is a success and all the prisoners are exchanged triumphantly. Ram and Lakshman go and immerse their father's ashes together, as Madhu tearfully looks on. Finally, Lakshman is allowed to graduate alongside Ram and the entire university rejoice.
The film was planned by Farah Khan and Shahrukh Khan in The shooting of the film had to begin in October but later that year, Shahrukh Khan got badly injured while shooting an action sequence for Shakti: The Power due to which he suffered pain in filming for his other projects.
He was later sent to the UK for treatment and the film was subsequently shelved. After some of her friends suggested that the title she wants matches that of a Hollywood film , she finalized the title Main Hoon Na for the film though Shahrukh Khan was unhappy at that time with the title, thinking the title was incomplete, but later changed his mind after listening to the recording of the film's title song.
Due to unknown reasons, none of the three accepted the film; Zayed Khan was later signed. Ameesha Patel was offered Sanju's role but rejected the character due to date issues, as did then-newcomer Ayesha Takia when she was also approached who also declined, after which Amrita Rao was finalized for the role. Film analyst Taran Adarsh praised the film for being funny, emotional and full of action, describing it as "a wholesome entertainer that has something for everyone.

Download Nulled WordPress Themes. From catchy songs, to comedy, to drama, to cheesy and endearing moments I highly recommend this film to anyone. This would be a great movie to start with if you've never seen a Bollywood film. I especially enjoyed the Matrix effects parodies. One person found this helpful.
Pity about the cover. This is one of my favorites. It is a celebration of a mix of well-loved Hollywood genres. You have the romance, the college with the adult undercover as a student and you have action - with a little comedy thrown in.
The songs and dances are memorable and SRK is great. Zayed Khan is I think the best I have seen him to date, and Amrita Rao a very apt romantic young woman.
Sunil Shetty as the major deluded terrorist who wants to invade the school and kidnap the girl, is so good he's troubling! There are many salutes to Hollywood cliches here and the music really grew on me enough to seek out and download. There is some violence but very Hollywood in its action sequences rather than graphic and nasty.
The cover makes this look old fashioned or dated as SRK has been dressed 'square' as the older male returning to school but it is very contemporary and westernized. Definitely recommended. What begins as a mission, ends up as a full circle journey, for Ram, whose long lost half brother attends the same college as the general's daughter.
To add to the dimension of drama and complication, Ram finds himself falling, head over heels, in love with his chemistry teacher Sushmita Sen. This film has goofy, life affirming moments which are made evident in the first dance number , along with compelling interludes and exchanges between the characters, as the subject matter of estranged family and repairing severed ties moves into the foreground of the story.
Plus, there are action sequences some of which parody the mind-altering computer-generated visual effects of The Matrix , to keep action fans satisfied.
I guarantee you will have a good time with this one!!!
